Trauma

For clients carrying single-incident trauma — an accident, an assault, a sudden loss. We work with parts of you that hold the memory (Internal Family Systems, or IFS) and with what your body is still bracing for (somatic work), at a pace you set.

Complex Trauma

When trauma is ongoing or started in childhood — attachment injuries, chronic invalidation, betrayal, complex PTSD — the work is slower and more relational. We build safety before processing, and lean on IFS and polyvagal-informed somatic tools to help protective parts of you rest.

Anxiety

Racing thoughts, insomnia, panic, chronic worry. We look at what your anxious parts are trying to protect against, add nervous-system regulation skills you can use between sessions, and gently work on the underlying patterns keeping the alarm on.

Relationship Issues

For adults who want to understand the patterns they bring into relationships — friendships, family, romantic partners. Drawing on IFS, attachment work, and Gottman-informed communication tools, we look at what's getting activated and how to respond differently.

Grief and Loss

For loss of a person, a relationship, a role, an identity, a future you expected. Grief doesn't move in stages — we make room for it, and for the parts of you that are trying to keep going.

Depression

For the flat days, the withdrawal, the exhaustion of getting through. We work with the parts holding hopelessness and the parts still trying, using person-centred and IFS approaches — not to push through, but to understand.

How virtual therapy works

  1. 01

    Book a free consultation

A 30-minute video call so we can meet, talk about what you're bringing, and see whether it feels like a fit.

  2. 02

    First session

We look at your history, what you'd like to work on, and start to shape a treatment plan together.

  3. 03

    Ongoing sessions

Weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute sessions by secure video, delivered from wherever you feel most comfortable.

  4. 04

    Between sessions

Small practices to try when you have the capacity — never homework in the graded sense.
